April 2015 Press Release:

4/1/15 Officers stopped Monica Nicole Moore 29, of Gloucester City in the area of Rt. 130 and Browning Rd for being a wanted person out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Department.  She was arrested and remanded to the Camden County Jail.

4/2/15 Robert Elmer Bartley, 28, of Westville was stopped for crossing against traffic signal at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd.  Through further investigation he was found to have multiple active warrants for his arrest.  He was processed on his Camden County warrants and turned over to Woodbury Pd for his warrant out of their jurisdiction. 

4/3/15 officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the rear parking lot of the Motel 6.  When the officer approached the vehicle he observed two subjects sleeping in the vehicle.  While he was looking through the window he observed drug paraphernalia in plain view.  Through further investigation officers located 3 bags of heroin, 9 bags of marijuana, and 1 digital scale.  Officers arrested Briana Alexis Cook, 23, of Woodbury and Brian Keith Davis, 26, of Woodbury.  Brian Davis was charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Distribution of CDS.  Briana Cook was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Cooks and Davis were processed and released on their own recognizance. 

4/4/15 Michelle Lynn Clair, 47, of Clementon was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  She was arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed, and released with a new court date after posting partial bail.

4/5/15 Katelyn Margaret Rossiter, 24, of Brooklawn was stopped in the Advanced Auto parking lot and found to have two active warrants for her arrest.  During the course of the stop she was also found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana, 8 hypodermic needles, and two silver spoons with a dry white substance on them.  Rossiter was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was processed and charged with Possession of synthetic cannabinoid, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. Rossiter was released pending a Superior Court date.

4/6/15 officers responded to the Wells Fargo Bank in the Brooklawn Shopping Center for a report of a female attempting to pass a fraudulent check.  Officers identified the suspect as a Jacquelyn Andrea Smith, 30, of National Park.  She attempted to pass a check that she obtained from a senior’s home.  Ms. Smith used to work for the senior home and removed it from the victim’s room.  She was arrested and transported back to police headquarters. Smith was processed and charged with Bad Checks, Forged Writing, Criminal Attempt, and Theft by Deception.  She was released on her own recognizance with a Superior Court date. 

4/7/15 an off duty Brooklawn Officer observed a male pulling on car door handles in the Brooklawn Shopping Center Parking Lot.  The on duty officer then responded and arrested Jason David Belperio, 34, of Bellmawr.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and charged with Criminal Attempt Burglary.  Belperio was released on his own recognizance. 

 

4/11/15 during the course of a suspicious motor vehicle stop officers arrested Constance Ann Brown, 37, of National Park for an outstanding warrant.  She was transported to headquarters processed and released with a new court date.

4/11/15 Jasmin Nicole Ramos, 22, of Brooklawn was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.  She was arrested, processed, and released to a sober adult. 

4/11/15 officers went to the last known address of Emanuel Christopher Fifis, 45, of Brooklawn to serve a warrant.  Fifis was located and arrested on scene.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

4/12/15 Gabrielle Anna Fitzpatrick, 28, of Gloucester City was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  She was arrested, processed, and released after posting partial bail.

4/12/15 Joseph James Funk, 20, of Barrington was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  During the course of the motor vehicle stop, officers located drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.  Joseph refused to exit his vehicle and began to fight with the arresting officers.  He was eventually restrained and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle.  Christopher Michael Foster, 20, of Blackwood was in the passenger seat of the vehicle and was arrested without incident.  Both were transported to police headquarters and processed.  Joseph Funk was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.  Christopher Foster was charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and failure to surrender CDS to a law enforcement officer.  Both were released on their own recognizance.

4/12/15 James Michael Brennan, 23, of Westville was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, issued multiple traffic summonses, and released with a new court date.

4/14/15 Neil Ryan Keown, 31, of Vineland was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released on his own recognizance. 

4/15/15 Brittney Lynn Bennett, 27, of Malaga was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released on her own recognizance.

4/16/15 Jermaine Jeremiah Moorman, 34, of Lawnside was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was arrested and released on his own recognizance after posting partial bail.

4/16/15 during an investigation of a suspicious person officers arrested Benjamin Lewis Carter, 29, of Brooklawn for an outstanding warrant.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of a hand rolled marijuana cigarette.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.  Carter was released on his own recognizance with a pending court date.

4/17/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a shoplifter fighting with loss prevention.  The accused Abraham Eliyas Mitchell, 25, of Thorofare and his girlfriend, Robin Lee Exler, 25, of West Deptford attempted to conceal numerous cans of baby formula in bags and exit the store.  When the loss prevention attempted to stop Mitchell he became violent and fled on foot.  He was stopped prior to exiting the store by employees.  Mitchell was charged with Robbery (strong arm) and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of $20,000.00 full cash bail.  Exler was charged with shoplifting and released on her own recognizance.

4/18/15 during the course of a pedestrian stop at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd the accused, Larinne Anais Conover, 26, of Mullica Hill was found to have numerous active warrants for her arrest.  Through further investigation she was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and other drug paraphernalia.  She was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. Conover was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

4/18/15 Victoria Rose Grey, 19, of Philadelphia was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to be wanted out of Pennsylvania for Theft.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, charged with being a Fugitive from Justice, and remanded to the Camden County Jail to be extradited to Pennsylvania.

4/20/15 Nicole Marie Robinson, 34, of Haddon Township was stopped for crossing against the traffic light at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd.  Through further investigation she was found to have multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, issued a traffic summons, and turned over to Woodbury Pd for default in bail.

4/24/15 Lisa Marie Domenico, 48, of Glendora was arrest for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  Domenico attempt to conceal over $80.00 worth of merchandise in Shoprite plastic bags.  She then attempted to exit the store using the self checkout lane.  She was charged with Shoplifting and released with a municipal court date.

4/26/15 Kristina Eillen Meyers, 28, of Hammonton was stopped in the area of Rt. 130 and Browning Rd, and through further investigation she was found to be wanted out of the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department.  Meyers was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle.  She was remanded to the Camden County Jail to await transportation to Cape May County Jail.

4/29/15 Robert Lee Currier, 50, of Somerdale was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  The accused attempted to conceal merchandise in his jacket pockets and exit through the checkout lane.  Currier was processed, charged with Shoplifting, and released with a municipal court date.    

 

February 2015 Press Releases:

 

On 2/2/15 Teressa Mae McKinnie, 50, of Camden City was stopped at Rt. 130 and Browning Road for a report of suspicious activity in the area.  Through further investigation, she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  McKinnie was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she processed and released on her own recognizance. 

 

On 2/2/15 officers stopped a suspicious male in the area of Rt. 130 and Browning Rd.  Through further investigation the suspect, 51 year old William Charles Bouillon of Camden City, was found to have a warrant for his arrest.  Bouillon was arrested, processed, and released on his own recognizance. 

 

On 2/2/15 Lawrence Derek McCann, 50, of Pennsauken was arrested during a pedestrian stop after he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released after posting partial bail.  Also arrested during the pedestrian stop was Lisa Marie Irish, 28, of Pennsauken.  She too was found to have active warrants for her arrest.  Irish was unable to post bail and was committed to the Camden County Jail.

 

On 2/3/15 Holly Raquel Granto, 33, of West Deptford was arrested for providing false information to a law enforcement officer.  On 1/29/15 she called officers to the Motel 6 to report a theft from her room.  She stated that someone entered her room while she was out and stole her prescription medication.  Through surveillance video at the motel 6 the officer was able to determine that Holly Granto was lying about the theft.  She was charged accordingly and released with a court date.

 

On 2/5/15 officers responded to the Motel 6 for a report of a theft from a room.  During the course of the investigation officers arrested Donyale Marie Henry, 45, of Camden City.  Donyale entered the victim’s room after the victim left for a brief period to get something from the main office.  When he returned he found Donyale still in his room.  Officers located Donyale and when questioned she provided them with false information.  She was charged with hindering her own apprehension and theft. During processing, she was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Donyale was processed and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail. 

 

On 2/8/15 James Michael Ahrens, 29, of Mullica Hill was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite. Ahrens attempted to take 11 cans of baby formula.  He was transported to police headquarters, charged with shoplifting, and released with a municipal court date.

 

On 2/11/15, during a pedestrian stop, police arrested James Robert Hamilton, 27, of Woodbury for having two active warrants for his arrest. He was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released on his own recognizance.

 

On 2/14/15 police arrested Chelsea Anne Duffy, 24, of Camden for having an active warrant for her arrest.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail. 

 

On 2/15/15 Dessmond D. Jones, 44, of Pennsauken was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation, he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  Jones was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued traffic summonses, and released after posting partial bail.

 

On 2/15/15, during the course of a pedestrian stop at Rt. 130 and Browning Road, police arrested Brie Danelle Grasso-Defeo, 24, of Clayton for having numerous outstanding warrants for her arrest.  Grasso-Defeo was transported to police headquarters where she was able to post partial bail on her warrant out of Brooklawn.  She was then turned over to Rowan PD in default of bail.

 

On 2/16/15 Jacob Robert Lawrenson, 19, of Bellmawr was stopped on his bicycle for not having the proper lighting for the bicycle.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  Lawrenson was also found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, issued summonses for his bicycle violations, and released on his own recognizance on his warrant.  

 

On 2/17/15 Benjamin Charles Lovett, 35, of Pine Hill was stopped for crossing against the light at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd.  Through further investigation, he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  The accused was also found to be in possession of a glass vile containing PCP.  Lovett was arrested,   transported to police headquarters, and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  He was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail. 

 

On 2/18/15 Malea Capri Taylor, 24, of Philadelphia was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  Taylor was arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed and released on her own recognizance. 

 

On 2/19/15 Krystal Lynn Loughlin, 30 of Gloucester City was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  Loughlin was transported to police headquarters and released after posting partial bail.

 

On 2/19/15 officers were investigating a suspicious activity call at the Motel 6.  During the course of that investigation officer arrested Ashley Lynn Winters, 24, of Gibbstown after she was found to be wanted out of the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department.  Winters was arrested and after being processed was turned over to the GCSD.

 

On 2/23/15 officers attempted to serve Peter Carl Lamp, 39, of Williamstown with a warrant at the Motel 6.  When Lamp saw the officers he attempted to flush drug paraphernalia (several blue wax papers) down the toilet.  He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  Lamp was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

On 2/23/15 Denise Sharri Terrell, 28, of Lindenwold was arrested for shoplifting.  Terrell attempted to conceal $94.00 worth of baby formula.  She also had numerous active warrants for her arrest.  Terrell was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

January 2015:

 

On 1/2/15 Asia S. Green, 28, of Camden was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  During the course of the motor vehicle stop Ms. Green was found to have numerous warrants for her arrest.  She was placed under arrest for contempt of court, transported to police headquarters where she was processed, issued numerous traffic summonses, and released on her own recognizance.

 

On 1/2/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a shoplifter in custody.  Veronica Faith Allen, 46, of Gloucester City placed items in her reusable shopping bags and attempted to exit the store without paying for the items.  She was arrested and transported to police headquarters where she provided officers with false identification.  Through further investigation officers were able to determine her true identity.  She was charged with shoplifting and hindering her own apprehension.  Allen was charged, processed, and released on her own recognizance.

 

On 1/3/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a shoplifter in custody.  Officers arrested Cynthia Marie Scotto, 54, of Blackwood for attempting to shoplift 6 cans of baby formula.  She was transported to police headquarters where she was charged with shoplifting and released with a municipal court date. 

 

On 1/3/15 Sherry Lee Hayden, 44, of Oaklyn was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  During the course of the motor vehicle stop the accused was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  She was arrested and later found to have active warrants for her arrest.  Hayden was charged with DWI, processed, and after posting partial bail was released to a sober adult. 

 

On 1/4/15 officers responded to the 100 block of Pershing Road for a domestic disturbance call.  Through further investigation officers arrested Kimberly Marie Smith, 26, of Brooklawn for possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and then transported to the hospital. 

 

On 1/5/15 officers stopped a suspicious female in the parking lot of the Motel 6.  Through further investigation officers arrested Brandy Crystal Smith, 30, of Glendora for an outstanding warrant out of Runnemede.  She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

On 1/5/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a shoplifter in custody.  Officers arrested Mark Emial Nagle, 37, of Turnersville.  He was transported to police headquarters where he was charged with shoplifting, possession of a hypodermic needle, and contempt of court.  Nagle was released with a municipal court date. 

 

On 1/6/15 officers stopped a female for a motor vehicle violation.  The female driver, Tanysha E. Easterling, 35, of Camden was arrested after she provided the officer with false information regarding her identity.  The passenger of the vehicle, Timothy C. Lilly, 33, of Camden was found to have active warrants for his arrest.  Officers located two pre rolled cigars containing marijuana that belonged to Mr. Lilly.  Both suspects were transported to police headquarters, charged, and released with municipal court dates.

 

On 1/7/15 Joel Cepeda, 35, of Magnolia was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation officers located oxycodone in the vehicle that he did not possess a prescription for.  Cepeda was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  He was issued a summons and released with a superior court date.

 

On 1/7/15 Alysia Mary Haney, 20, of Gloucester City was arrested for theft after the loss prevention officer at the Shoprite informed an officer that the accused had taken $530.00 out of the cash register over the past several months.  She was processed and released with a superior court date. 

 

On 1/8/15 Michael William Hardy, 46, of Westville was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation Hardy was found to be in possession of 12 bags of heroin.  He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. He was released with a superior court date.

 

On 1/8/15 Robert E. Durham, 47, of Woodbury was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  During the course of the motor vehicle stop the driver was found to have two active warrants for his arrest.  He was transported to headquarters processed and released after being issued a summons and given new court dates. 

 

On 1/9/15 officers stopped a suspicious male in the Motel 6 parking lot.  Felix V. Pabon, 48, of Cherry Hill was found to be wanted out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Department.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of suboxone film and drug paraphernalia.  He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Pabon was remanded to the Camden County Jail.

 

On 1/10/15 officers responded to the Motel 6 for a report of a burglary to a room.  The victim stated that numerous suitcases containing cash, computer, and other items were taken from his room overnight.  After viewing the surveillance video officers were able to identify a suspect.  Later in the day officers arrested Quinn Perry Sadler, 31, of Camden City.  He was charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.  He was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail. Officers were able to return all the stolen property back to the victim, which included $1,300.00 in cash that Sadler failed to find.

 

On 1/11/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a suspicious male.  Sean Patrick Birch, 24, of Glendora was attempting to return items that were just stolen from the store.  21 year old Emily Larua Zawacki of Sewell, who minutes before stole the items from Shoprite, was located in a vehicle on the lot.  Birch and Zawacki were transported to police headquarters and charged with shoplifting.  Zawacki was released with a municipal court date and Birch was remanded to the Camden County Jail after officers located numerous warrants for his arrest. 

 

On 1/11/15 Larinne Anais Conover, 26, of Mullica Hill was stopped for being a suspicious person in the area of Rt. 130 and Browning Road. Through further investigation Canover was found to have two active warrants for her arrest.  She was arrested, transported to police headquarters, where she was processed and released after posting partial bail.

 

On 1/11/15 Keithe Andre Council, 29, of Glassboro and Lamar Anthony, 26, also of Glassboro were stopped in a suspicious motor vehicle on the Motel 6 parking lot.  Through further investigation Council was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters processed and released on his own recognizance.

 

On 1/11/15 Barry Tyrone Burt, 33, of Camden City was stopped for a motor vehicle violation in the area of 6th Street and Browning Road.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  Burt was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released on his own recognizance.

 

On 1/12/15 Maria Giovanna Balsamo, 20, of Deptford was the passenger in a motor vehicle stop.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  She was transported to police headquarters where she was found to be in possession of a crack pipe.  She was charged with drug paraphernalia.  She was released on her own recognizance. 

 

On 1/12/15 officers responded to the area of Rt. 130 and Browning Road for an off-duty Palmrya officer following a vehicle operated by Kyle J. Crosby, 28, of Sicklerville who was wanted for reckless endangering  (2 counts) and for questioning in his wife’s disappearance.  Crosby’s vehicle became stuck on the railroad tracks at the end of Browning Road.  Crosby fled on foot as officers were arriving on scene.  Assisting units from Gloucester City, Mount Ephraim, Bellmawr, and the Camden County Sheriff’s Department arrived and set up a perimeter.  A Sheriff’s K-9 tracked the suspect to the 500 block of Chestnut Street to the edge of Big Timber Creek.  Officers stationed at the New Broadway Bridge located Crosby attempting to avoid apprehension by hugging the river line.  He was arrested without further incident.  He was transported to police headquarters and turned over to the Mount Laurel Police Department and Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.

 

On 1/13/15 officers were attempting to locate a missing juvenile and during the course of that investigation officers arrested Marcello Marice Clarke, 19, of Camden for an outstanding warrant.  He was processed and released on his own recognizance.  The missing juvenile was located and returned to her parents.   

 

On 1/14/15 Kayla Lynzee Draper, 24, of Pennsauken was arrested for shoplifting.  The suspect attempted to conceal $14.00 worth of items.  She was transported to police headquarters processed and released with a municipal court date.

 

On 1/16/15 officers responded to a vacant house in the 100 block of 6th Street for an unknown person who entered the residence.  Officers made entry to the residence and located Emanuel C. Fifis, 45, of Brooklawn in the basement with numerous cutting tools and two empty duffle bags.  He was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was charged with possession of burglary tools, burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal attempt (theft).  Fifis was processed and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

On 1/17/15 officers responded to the Shoprite parking lot for a report of a strong arm robbery that  just occurred.  When officers arrived on scene several good Samaritans were holding one suspect on the ground.  Melissa Emma Nelson, 27, of Gloucester City knocked a 69 year man to the ground and attempted to flee with his wallet.  The other female suspect took off in a vehicle but was shortly apprehended after her vehicle was stopped on Rt. 130 just into Gloucester City.  Lisa Ann Mariani, 35, of Clementon was taken into custody without further incident.  Both were transported to police headquarters and charged with Robbery, Theft, Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle.  Nelson and Mariani were remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

On 1/20/15 Ryland Alameen Bowens, 32, of Camden was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to have three active warrants for his arrest.  He was arrested and turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department in default of bail.

 

On 1/20/15 an officer observed a male stumbling in the Verizon parking lot. When the officer questioned the male he began to nod off.  Through further investigation the male was identified as Michael S. Cheetham, 32, of Gloucester City.  He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest and was also found to be in possession of 7 bags of heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.  Cheetham was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was charged with possession of CDS, Possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.  He was then turned over to Maple Shade PD. 

 

On 1/21/15 officers responded to Lipkin’s Pharmacy for a robbery alarm. Police quickly learned the suspect fled the scene.  The victim stated the male entered the store and told him to give him the money or he would shoot him.  The victim confronted the male and didn’t give into his demands. The suspect then fled the store North on Broadway, where he entered the Lucky 7 store in Gloucester City and committed a another robbery. He was apprehended in Camden City by a Gloucester City Police Officer.  After he processed in Gloucester City and Brooklawn the suspect, Christopher Joseph Reinek, 35, of Williamstown was turned over to Westville Police for a robbery he tried to commit there before the Lipkin’s and Lucky 7 robberies. Reinek was charged with Criminal Attempt Robbery, Terroristic Threats, Unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose.  He was remanded into the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

On 1/24/15 officers arrested Elvis A. Jacques, 37, of Camden City for disorderly conduct at Westbrook Lanes after he was found to be fighting and screaming inside.  When informed he was being placed under arrest Jacques began to resist arrest.  After a brief struggle the officers were able to handcuff Jacques and transport him to police headquarters. He was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, processed and released on his own recognizance.

 

On 1/26/15 officers responded to Joe’s 300 Lounge for an intoxicated male.  Police located Daniel Jacob Marcellus, 27, of Brooklawn inside and due to his high level of intoxication an ambulance was requested. While being attended to Daniel became extremely hostile and punched one of the EMT’s in the chest, pinning him to the wall in the ambulance.  Officers entered the ambulance and removed Daniel, placing him under arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and charged with Aggravated Assault on a First Aid personnel and Resisting Arrest.  Daniel was remanded into the Camden County Jail.

 

On 1/27/15 officers responded to the Shoprite for a male in custody.  William John Mason Jr., 24, of Woodbury attempted to conceal two electric razors in his pockets.  When he attempted to exit the store Mason Jr. was stopped by security and began to fight with them.  He was detained by security without further incident.  Mason Jr. was arrested and transported to police headquarters.  He was charged with robbery and possession of a hypodermic needle, and then remanded to the Camden County jail in default of bail.

 

On 1/27/15 officers responded to Ron Todd’s Auto for a burglary that just occurred.  After reviewing the surveillance video officers began to search the area.  Short time later officers were dispatched to the Gulf Gas Station for an attempted burglary. Officers learned the suspect threw a rock at the front window in an attempt to gain access to the store.  The suspect’s description was the same as the burglary that just occurred at Ron Todd’s. Officers located the male at Browning Rd and Rt. 130. Michael Scott Cheetham, 32, of Gloucester City was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was charged with Burglary, Theft, Criminal Attempt Burglary, and Criminal Mischief.  Cheetham was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

 

 

 

December 2014 Press Releases:

12/1/14 Officers served an NCIC warrant on a Stephanie Lienig, 21, of Newerk who was staying at the Motel 6.  The suspect was wanted out of Delaware as a fugitive of justice.  She was remanded to the Camden County Jail to await transportation to Delaware. 

12/4/14 Robert George Jump, 37, of Clayton was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation the suspect was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, issued numerous driving summonses and turned over to the East Brunswick Police Department in default of bail.

12/5/14 officers conducted a pedestrian stop on Brett Christian Boulden, 30, of Brooklawn through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to police headquarters where he was able to post partial bail and was released with a new court date.

12/7/14 officers conducted a suspicious motor vehicle stop in the area of the Motel 6.  Christopher Harve Moore, 27, of Philadelphia was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was processed and released with a municipal court date.

12/7/14 officers stopped a Robert L. Thomas, 51, of Bellmawr was stopped for a bicycle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of two bags of crack cocaine.  He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and released with a superior court date.

12/8/14 during the course of a motor vehicle stop officers arrested Gabrielle Nicole Reese, 21, of Cherry Hill.  The accused was found to be in possession of marijuana.  She was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, processed and released with a municipal court date.

12/13/14 Virginia Lynn Westbrook, 41, of Camden was stopped for a motor vehicle violation at the Motel 6.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest.  She was transported to police headquarters where she was processed, issued 3 traffic summonses and released with new court dates.

12/13/14 Joshua Manuel Courant, 27, of Glassboro was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation the accused was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle containing heroin, 51 tabs of suboxone and drug paraphernalia.  He was charged with two counts of possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was processed and released with a superior court date. 

12/13/14 Patrick Thomas Wydenowski, 19, of Gibbstown was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation the accused was found to have an active warrant out of Mantua.  He was processed and turned over to Mantua Police after not being able to post bail.

12/16/14 Kimberlee Crystal Shore, 42, of Deptford was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  The suspect did not ring up all of her items in the self check out attempting to deprive Shoprite the value thereof.  The total value was $199.99.  She was charged with shoplifting processed and released with a municipal court date.

12/16/14 Daniel J Marcellus, 26, of Brooklawn was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  He attempted to conceal $18.88 worth of merchandise in his pockets.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was charged with shoplifting and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.  He was released with a municipal court date.

12/17/14 officers stopped Brett Christian Boulden, 30, of Brooklawn in the area of Creek Rd and Rt. 47.  Through further investigation he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to headquarters processed and released on his own recognizance. 

12/19/14 officers went to 401 Browning Rd to serve Joseph Frances O’Neill, 41, of Brooklawn with multiple warrants out of multiple jurisdictions.  He was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported to headquarters processed and was able to post partial bail.  He was released with all new court dates.

12/19/14 officers served a warrant on the 200 block of New Jersey Rd.  Thomas Michael Culligan, 27, of Brooklawn was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants from Brooklawn.  He was transported to headquarters where he was processed and released after posting partial bail.

12/21/14 During the course of a motor vehicle stop the accused Alexis Marie Powell, 22, of Brooklawn became disorderly and was placed under arrest.  Once in handcuffs the accused attempted to elbow the officer in the face.  She was transported to headquarters and charged with resisting arrest.  She was released on her own recognizance.

12/22/14 During the course of a pedestrian stop at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd the accused Jessie Lee Doble, 31, who is currently staying in the Motel 6 was found to have numerous warrants for her arrest.  Through further investigation she was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle.  She was transported to headquarters charged with the possession of the needle and remanded to the Camden County Jail.

12/23/14 During the course of an investigation of suspicious activity at the Motel 6 officers arrested Morris W Thornton Jr., 39, of Lawnside for possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was also found to have active warrants for his arrest.  He charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.  At the same stop officers arrested Ashley A. Davis, 28, of Lawnside for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.  She was transported to headquarters where she was charged accordingly, processed and released on her own recognizance.

12/24/14 Christine Marie Ottinger, 36, of Salem was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  She attempted to conceal $87.00 worth of merchandise.  She was transported to headquarters and charged with shoplifting and released with a municipal court date.

12/26/14 Officers again arrested Ashley A. Davis, 28, of Lawnside this time for a warrant.  Through further investigation she was found to be in possession of a crack pipe.  She was transported to headquarters charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of bail.

12/27/14 Ashley Lynn Winters, 24, of Gibbstown was stopped at Rt. 130 and Browning Rd.  Through further investigation she was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle.  She was transported to headquarters processed and released with a municipal court date.

12/27/14 Anthony David Bock, 31, of Camden was arrested for shoplifting at the Shoprite.  The accused attempted to conceal $55.98 worth of baby formula.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and had an active warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to headquarters where he was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle and then turned over to Greenwich Township Pd.

12/27/14 Bryan John Bonitatis, 26, of Sicklerville was observed by a retired police officer attempting to conceal items from the Rite Aid.  Officers arrested the subject as he exited the store.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of 3 hypodermic needles and blue wax paper.  He was transported to headquarters and charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.  He was released with a municipal court date
